ABAAD - Violence against women campaign
We were tasked by ABAAD, a resource center for gender equality, to design their campaign for the international 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence. The purpose of the campaign was a call for action to combat violence against women.
The main concept revolved around our jaded attitude towards violence. It has become easy in our society to simply say “may god help her”. "Alla Ysa'eda, Ma Betsa'eda" translated as “saying may God help her won’t help her” was the slogan for the campaign which was applied on billboards and 3 tv commercials. The events surrounding below the line items suggested ways to help and also asked for people’s suggestions.
